Ali Kursun is a global business and HR consulitng executive. Throughout his career, he has led many business units, global product lines and initiatives, change management projects, sales and marketing functions. He has also created, designed and developed numerous global HR solutions in use by clients all around the world today. He has more than 20 years' experience in workforce strategy and planning, organisation design, employee engagement, attraction and retention strategies, HR analytics and rewards. He has consulted with leading multinational companies and contributed to major international projects across a wide range of HR specialisations covering all job levels, most notably in the logistics, high-tech, fast-moving consumer goods, chemicals, healthcare and financial services sectors. With work experience in Europe, Asia, and the United States, Ali's global perspective and extensive research into human capital management make him a popular speaker at international conferences, where he shares his insights on how the evolving knowledge economy interacts with workforce management. Ali is also the author of "The Coming Age of Accelerated Learning," which was published in 2017, and numerous articles.
