Author Biography
Yvonne Blake's memories are like boxes filled with settings, cultures, and characters that are often found in her writing. She has lived in the deserts of Arizona, the tropical islands of the Bahamas, and the rugged hills of New York. She and her husband now live on the coast of Maine. Raising their eight children and teaching at a small Christian school have given her even more experiences to use in her writing. Now that Yvonne is retired and her family has grown, she can unpack all the stories stored in her mind. Her prayer is that her writing will be used of the Lord to encourage others.
