Keith Johnston has spent his career leading teams and developing leaders. Spending the first 30 years of his career consulting to the world's largest corporations as an executive with Accenture, Ernst & Young and Halliburton, he turned his focus to working with companies to help develop the leadership required to deal with today's challenges. Keith combines his hands on experience with best practices in people development to help clients effectively lead themselves to improve their results. Keith has a passion for football, photography and helping people reach their potential.
