Dr. Levi Williams described the motivating factors that prompted the Methodist mission to Liberia and Africa, discussed the sacrifices of the early missionaries and other significant persons who contributed to this mission; he also explored current as well as future possibilities.

Author Biography

Rev. Dr. Levi C. Williams was ordained in 1980 in the Liberia Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. He has served Jesus Christ through the UMC in academic, administrative, and pastoral assignments both in Africa and the United States.
