Author Biography
Aunty Kiko loves telling stories to children in Kenya and around the world. Her books include the popular Akinyi series that feature a young girl who gets up to many adventures: be it rescuing baby elephants or dancing ballet in the bush. Her books give a unique insight into Kenyan culture including A Kenyan Christmas (2011) about celebrating Christmas in the sun and also support Cheetah and Elephant conservation: Why The Cheetah Hunts at Night (2013). Baby Elephant's Safari (2014). When she is not reading or writing books Aunty Kiko loves nothing more than going on Safari and sketching with her family.
