Healthcare has been in Peter Fergus's professional genes since birth. His father was a Hungarian-born psychiatrist, his mother a psychiatric nurse, and together they hid his father's Jewish heritage from their children out of an abundance of caution until they were teenagers. Dr. Fergus went on to forge an entrepreneurial career as a cardiologist in which he developed an innovative practice devoted to the treatment of heart disease and maintenance of a healthy heart.
