Seeley is a self-aware young boy with ADHD. This story is told from his point of view, and he knows his ADHD gives him superpowers! Seeley's superpowers include the ability to hyperfocus, be creative, think outside the box, have a lot of energy, and most of all, love hard.
Sometimes Seeley's superpowers are difficult for him to control. Paying attention in school is sometimes hard. Working cooperatively with others and solving problems appropriately can also be challenging for him. Luckily, he has strategies to help him, such as deep breathing and mindfulness exercises. Seeley has patient and caring adults in his life who help him, too.
