Eleanor Hooks, Ph.D., whose pseudonym is Ndidi, is a writer, strategic leadership coach and organization development consultant, having worked with leaders in for-profit and nonprofit organizations for more than 25 years. For more than 20 years, she has studied Zen and African philosophy. Ndidi currently lives in Charlotte, NC with her poodle, Peri.
