Who Said Gluten-Free Means Worse Desserts? No one, I hope, because that couldn't be further from the truth. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance 3 years ago, and was extremely worried that I would never get to eat good food again. So many of my favorite foods were carb and gluten-rich, and I have a massive sweet tooth I decided that I wasn't going to let this defeat my sweet tooth and I'd find a way to eat the food I love. After much research, experimentation, and many combinations, I have compiled a list of my 25 favorite desserts -- not only are they gluten-free, they're better than majority of the gluten-rich desserts I've eaten in the past.
