She is the recipient of awards from the Poetry Foundation and the Hippocrates Society, and her writing has appeared in \u003ci\u003ePoetry, Kenyon Review, Poetry London\u003c\/i\u003e, and \u003ci\u003eTin House\u003c\/i\u003e, among other publications. She holds degrees from Oxford University, New York University, and Barnard College.
