One of the main considerations for the sensorless BLDC motor drive is to improve the reliability of the machine. This can be done by using a sensorless technique instead of using hall sensors and thereby increasing the reliability and efficiency of the motor. Sensorless BLDC motor drive can be done by various methods. Although it can be done different methods there are some advantages and disadvantages to each method.
