Lucie Lomová (Praga, 1964) es la autora de cómic checa más importante de su generación. Durante diez años publicó mensualmente en la revista infantil más popular del país la serie de historietas protagonizada por los ratoncitos Anita y Pepe. Desde 2016 la serie ha vuelto a convertirse en un fenómeno, con múltiples reediciones, adaptaciones escénicas, una serie televisiva propia e incluso videojuegos. Lucie Lomová tiene dos hijos y vive y trabaja en Praga.
