Leonard W. Heflich is a visionary leader with a passion for developing future leaders. He has more than forty years of experience in the food industry and is a writer, coach and teacher. He earned a bachelors degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a masters in management science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He recently contributed a chapter on risk management to the Juran Quality Handbook, Seventh Edition, and is a frequent contributor to Baking and Snack Magazine.
