by Jodene Warden (Author)
This book is meant for all ages I have had grown women read it and cry and young people as well. It is meant to encourage others, that no matter how different they feel, or how tough their life is or has been, they can overcome their obstacles if they just choose to step out and be themselves. Self-acceptance is a key to a healthy and happy life and you never know who you may help in the process There are also some teaching tools toward the end of the book for group discussions or educational purposes.
Author Biography
Jodene Warden grew up in a mixed-race home where they were taught to love people. She herself has a mixed-race household as well. Through her childhood experiences and having to overcome certain disabilities in her own life, she learned to let go of her own fears and choose to accept herself and others around her. She was inspired to share a little hope and understanding through this book in hopes that others may find strength within it's tiny pages of love.
