Patricia D. Nordstrom is the founder and director of The Bible for Food Recovery, a 501(c)3 ministry. Through small groups, retreats, conferences, and seminars, she successfully teaches Christians how to break free from emotional eating and compulsive behaviors with food. She is the author of Ninety Days: Encouragement for the Christian Overeater and Think Fast: 31 Days Toward a Lifetime of God-Honoring Eating. For over 30 years she has maintained a binge-free eating lifestyle and a 70 pound weight loss.
