Rachel Kovacs has twenty years of experience in the field of education. She has taught in public, charter, alternative, and higher education. Ms. Kovacs has conducted education research and works as an instructional designer. She has a BS in English, endorsements in computer science and educational leadership, and Masters in library science and learning and technology.
