Transcribed from conversations with people of all ages living in public housing in the suburbs of Avignon, these narratives evoke itineraries between Morocco, Algeria, Albania, Spain, Mayotte, C te d'Ivoire, and France. The result is a magisterial work, a continental chorus that articulates a confluence of humanities.
Author Biography
Born in Grenoble in 1963, artist and poet FRÉDÉRIQUE GUÉTAT-LIVIANI is the publisher of Fidel Anthelme x in Marseille. She is the author of several collections of poetry. NATHANAËL is the author of a score of books written in English or French. She lives in Chicago.
