Technology leadership in education takes many shapes and forms. Just the title of the position alone can vary drastically from school to school. The CTO role has changed dramatically since its inception and will continue to evolve as the years go on. The evolution has resulted in rules and ideas that an edtech CTO can use as a guide for success.
