Author Biography
From a very young age, John always had a passion for writing, especially in English. From the days of creative writing at school, through the various attempts at novel writing in his early teens, John's passion for writing grew and matured over time. His efforts paid off. In his mid-twenties, John published Tales from Alrais and The Downfall of Pride (both available on Amazon). John was always obsessed with writing a historical fiction novel, until he began forming and working on the idea of City of Shadows, back in 2014. Born in Malta, John lived in Birkirkara until he was 10, when John moved with his family to Hamrun. John is now married to Justine and lives in Pembroke (still Malta).
