As parents, we want the best for our children. When I experienced my child choosing a behavior that did not resonate with me, I embraced the opportunity to travel back to the beginning. It was at the beginning and onward that I discovered my truth. The pain and suffering of everyday experiences from childhood to my adulthood had created a false sense of self. As a mom and a human, I was operating from that falseness. In the discovery of this awareness, I began to understand a much wiser way of parenting and living that encompassed an open heart, more compassion and ultimately more love for me and for my children. It is a story about love and letting go of fear that often drives our perception of the everyday.
