Raven Redman, twenty-four, and her mother Alice, a school teacher, are involved in a car accident that kills Alice and leaves raven severely injured, causing her to lose her right leg and her memory. After recovering, Raven, equipped with a prosthesis, leaves the hospital, and goes back to her hometown to move into her Mother's house.
