Author Biography

Leslie Taylor was born into a family that loves to cook and loves desserts! His sister is Lisa Joy Taylor, affectionately known as the "Dessert Queen" and the author of America's Most Delicious Dessert Recipes, State by State. And while his mother was not an author or a professional chef, she was well known throughout her community for exceptional desserts. Not suprisiingly both Leslie and Lisa were inspired greatly by their mom and love of good food! Leslie's background in the culinary arts has been both formal - taking classes and trainings as well as informal - the experience and expertise one can only gain from making thousands upon thousands of desserts! Leslie lives in California with his wife, two daughters and cat Mirabell.
