She is the author of \u003cem\u003eBeing Sure of Each Other: An Essay on Social Rights and Freedoms\u003c\/em\u003e (Oxford 2020), \u003cem\u003eConscience and Conviction: The Case for Civil Disobedience\u003c\/em\u003e (Oxford 2012), co-editor of \u003cem\u003eDisability and Disadvantage\u003c\/em\u003e (Oxford 2009, with Adam Cureton), and co-editor of \u003cem\u003eThe Blackwell Companion to Applied Philosophy\u003c\/em\u003e (Wiley 2016, with David Coady and Kasper Lippert-Rasmussen). \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eAdam Cureton\u003c\/strong\u003e is a doctoral candidate in philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds a BPhil in philosophy from Oxford University where he studied as a Rhodes Scholar. Adam is a fellow at the Parr Center for Ethics and holds fellowships from the National Science Foundation, the Dolores Zohrab Liebmann Foundation and the Institute for Humane Studies.
