When Ms. Stinky goes to a conference on crime at UVictim, she is angered by Professor Oinky's comments about organized crime and lets him know all about it. She ends up betting Professor Oinky that she can commit both an organized crime and a disorganized crime and get away with them. Ms. Stinky decides she will illegally spike one of Professor Oinky's drinks in the Drunken Seagull and will also launder $1 million dollars' worth of slops from the infamous Tick crime family from Woss.
