I would send an email every morning to the Team - to cheer, inspire, motivate, and encourage them - to keep on keeping on.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e During one of our online staff meetings - the staff spoke about how much my daily connection and words of inspiration meant to them. They spoke of the impact it had on them - giving them a sense of hope, laughter, and peace.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e My 2 cents made a difference. A positive difference. A life-long difference. It felt good.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e I thought to myself - 'why not share this positivity with the world - they could benefit from feeling some sense of hope and peace.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e As I tried to figure out how to go about getting all this down on paper - I decided to add my poetry - and voila....
