Do As I Did - A Legacy was written as a gift to the author's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. It contains a history of the previous two generations of the Kramer and Mintz families; childhood memories; letters and interviews from family members and friends; and selected relevant documents. The portrayal of this family is told by the author as a story depicting the character traits and value system which contributed to a legacy recognized and revered by family, friends and community. It is the hope of the author that present and future generations can connect to their heritage, learn from the past and continue to exercise the measures which led to this remarkable legacy in their own lives far into the future.
