East Vancouver in the '50s and '60s was a low income, blue-collar neighbourhood. Kids grew up with minimum supervision. Rod Raglin is a Canadian journalist, community newspaper publisher, photographer and a keen environmentalist. He has self-published nine novels, a volume of short stories and two plays. His writing deals with contemporary and environmental issues and how they impact the human condition.
