A political/military thriller about the rise of a new jihad in the Middle East. Well-funded and targeting specific military and industrial U.S. sites, combined with a calculated propaganda effort to subvert the support of the American population for programs that target extreme Islamist groups. Agent Tom Meredith - a lawyer, former SEAL, and Air Marshal teams with the FBI to counter this Neo-Jihad, but seems to be fighting a losing battle. The action intensifies when the Neo-Jihad targets a prominent U.S. senator.
Author Biography
Paul R. Lister is a retired U.S. Army major general who has enjoyed a second career as a business administration college professor and as a college president. Lister is the author of another novel: Gila Gold, an historical adventure story based on the 1680 Pueblo Revolt and written for a young adult audience. He is co-author of Bridging the Gaps - A Field Guide to Networking (with James Bryant, Bob Cleeland, and Dan Zaloudek) and is author of Building an Entrepreneurial Business-a classroom guide to entrepreneurship (not publicly available.) Lister lives in Magnolia, Texas and is currently working on a book on leadership.
