The aim of this study was to investigate the modern belief that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is most important element in today's world, which is considered more important than Intelligence Quotient (IQ). Emotional Intelligence allows you to understand and manage your emotions in order to self-motivate and to create positive. social interactions; it's the first step in realizing your true potential. The value and benefits of EI, are vast in terms of personal, academic, and professional success. Work Stress (WS) is also a growing concern for all types of organizations, and employee's health and other organization's variables like performance, regularity, working relationships amongst the employees and with their subsequent bosses are badly affected.
