This book is grayscale and you should expect to color the images differently than line art. The shading is already there to guide your colors. Use light colors in white areas, dark colors in the darkest areas, and a medium shade in between to blend the two together. More advanced colorists will use more colors and shades, but the book is great for beginners and seasoned colorists alike.
