It identifies climate-related risks and assesses policy mechanisms that could improve the utilities' resiliency and sustainability. The publication shows how commercializing and partnering with the private sector is helping SOEs to respond to climate change and facilitate inclusive economic growth. It is the seventh in a series of comparative studies of SOEs in the Pacific.
