Life is fluid and changing and what may be true or helpful in one situation may not be in another. This is not a life hack....Not a short cut. This is not therapy. This is not a replacement for engaging in more care for those who need it. Though I cannot promise or guarantee any results for you - my hope is this space helps you live more like the kind of person you would like to be.
