A Rocha is an international Christian environmental stewardship organization which, inspired by God's love, engages in scientific research, environmental education, community-based conservation projects and sustainable agriculture. Food is a big part of the A Rocha Canada story. It weaves through the fabric of our daily work across the country. We enjoy preparing fresh wholesome good food using seasonable vegetables grown sustainably from our organic garden and sharing them with the people in the community. This cookbook is joyfully filled with favourite recipes as well as a sprinkle of reflections and a drizzle of quotes. You could use it to cook for a crowd or for your loved ones.
