Author Biography

After spending 33 years as a Chemistry Lecturer at Montreal's Dawson College and John Abbott College, together with short stints in the Chemistry and Food Science Departments of McGill University, Dr. Bala Naidoo retired in 2005 and settled down in Ladysmith, British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Naidoo started running in the early seventies and has not stopped since! Both he and his wife Pauline are members of the Ladysmith Striders. They take part regularly in the Vancouver Island series of races and the British Columbia Seniors Games. Combining his passion for running with his long-standing interest in nutrition, has given rise to his new book: Food 4 Fast Feet.
