Author Biography

Malcolm, known to his friends as Malcy is an author, consultant, chef, trainer, blogger, columnist and website contributor. Malcy works with the Isle of Wight College, United Kingdom Sailing Academy (UKSA) and the multi-award winning Ashburton Cookery School in Devon. He works with the UKSA team to help deliver their PYA GUEST Approved Foundation Interior Galley training course at The Cookery School - Isle of Wight College and with Ashburton Cookery School to help them deliver their Intermediate Yacht Chef Skills Certificate course. Malcy was instrumental in the design, project management and opening of the new Cookery School at the Isle of Wight College where he is lead trainer.
