Author Biography
Meet Jennifer Heard PhD (DNM), RYT, she believes that life is about balance; mental, physical, spiritual. When the scales are tipped in favor of one over others imbalances will show up in the form of physical or mental health issues. Jennifer aims to help people discover their unique life combination in order to create and maintain balance to facilitate health, healing and wellbeing in all areas of life. Over years of practice, education and just plain living Jenn has come to understand that the science and theory of Yoga can be used to create a healthy body-mind-spirit. Jennifer has been studying and practicing yoga since the mid 90's; with yoga being the guiding force in her life since childhood. Over a 1000 professional yoga teacher training and yoga therapy training hours have given her the knowledge to guide clients to health through ailments, injury and various syndromes. Jennifer shares her passion for yoga in a variety of ways: -Private and public Hatha and/or Mindful Yoga classes -Private and public Therapeutic Yoga classes -Yoga Teacher Training programs -Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training programs -A variety of lectures on Mindfulness, Meditation and Therapeutic Yoga
