Author Biography

Matthew Bazell is author of the 2021 sports photography books Soul & Glory: English Football 1950-1989 and Wars of the Ring: Boxing Classics. His other football titles include Theatre of Silence, which includes a guest chapter from John Lydon. His 2019 release We've Only Got One Song is a collection of more than 400 songs and chants from the fans of Arsenal FC. He also penned the boxing book The Greatest Fights that Never Were.
