Author Biography
Tammi E. Smorynski works in Silicon Valley. She attends a local Bible-based church and participates in various church related ministries. She was first diagnosed with degenerative disc disease in 2007. She wrote this book after she found she was often consulted by people with neck and back problems and never had enough time to discuss all that she had learned and continues to learn about managing her back. By doing the things in this book, Tammi has been able to maintain an active lifestyle including playing volleyball, golfing, skiing, tap dancing and worship dancing. Tammi has an MBA from the Anderson School of UCLA and a BSBA from Georgetown University in Accounting and International Management.
