Author Biography
A lei maker on Kauai, author Elvrine Chow, got together with photographer, Ada Koene, to share Hawaiian wili-style lei making in order to delight and entice readers with the intent to perpetuate the cultural practice of sharing, wearing and creating lei. Marrying a local boy, born and raised on Kauai, she was welcomed into the family and was taught island-style living with Aloha.
