by Clive Libotte (Author)
This book describes the process of defining a computer system in terms of business objectives and transforming them into a requirement specification and purchasing contract. It is a management guide, which is largely independent of the technology adopted, therefore it will not become obsolescent. The language is mostly non-technical, so the book can be used by non-technical people. It gives sound advice beyond that given by many business support organizations; it gives business owners, management and staff the knowledge and skill that will serve them for the remainder of their careers.
