Maureen, often referred to as "Mo," is a certified yoga instructor who enjoys sharing her love of yoga with both children and adults. Through her teaching, she encourages the importance of honoring one's breath and body as a tool to create both calmness and strength in our daily lives. Mo also shares her joyful spirit of yoga with her husband, grown children, and grandchildren.
