This book, My Life Changed When I Changed, describes the changes the author experienced after healing occurred for her. As her situation improved, the author felt that it was possible to make more improvements with herself. To reach the next level of healing meant leading herself beyond healing for her to move on with her life. Making more changes with herself included taking prescribed medications, using coping skills, and continued to have healthy relationships with her friends and family members.
About the Author
The author, Phoolmatee Dubay, experienced difficulties which turned to writing as one of her coping methods. This permitted her to have written a book of poems, called Lessons from Life in which she established herself as a published author. Now the author wants to publish her third book, My Life Changed When I Changed. As a result of making these changes, she improved her mental and emotional health which helped her to move forward while discovering who she was meant to be.
