Molds and bacteria have been nowadays widely used in the field of biotechnology, environmental engineering, chemical engineering and pharmacology. The culturing of molds in comparison to bacteria is more difficult. Although, many books and practical manual in the field of microbiology are available for the identification of mold and bacteria, but they are considered to be very complex for the researchers who do not have a strong background of microbiology. The aim of this book is to present a simpler method to identify molds and bacteria for engineers who are working with them and the authors of this book aim and hope to make mold and bacterial identification easier and quicker.
