Elder Ricky R. LaVaughn is founder and president of New Millennium Love Ministries and LaVauri Publishing House. He has published books that are fiction (When Roses Cry), as well as non-fiction (Foundation of the Fire.) He attended The Ohio State University studying Religious Studies and Psychology.
