.A first-time author, long fascinated by the actions of serial killers and the efforts of law enforcement to find and prosecute them, offers this entirely fictional account spawned from real life stories and academic efforts to categorize the mental states of assassins. He resides in Southern California, retired from a career as a lawyer, businessman and manager of charities focused on local needs.
