WHY DO I NEED TO UNDERSTAND CELL BIOLOGY
That's a reasonable question. I teach people about diet and health. I really never needed to discuss much cell biology. Then I realized that the cellular environment is determined by what we ingest, both food and the various chemicals in our environment. This drives epigenetic changes that affect health.. WHAT IS EPIGENETICS Most of us have an idea of what DNA is. Ends up, the DNA is only part of the equation. Epigenetics is the expression of this DNA. Your physical attributes are determine not only by the DNA, but also by which parts of the DNA are expressed or suppressed. This is epigenetics, and it is driven by your diet. WHAT WILL I LEARN You need to know a little something about the parts of your cell, and you need to know about DNA, RNA, and mRNA I am going to teach you the lingo so that later you can use your common sense to figure out what is going on. When someone talks about the covid virus and mRNA, you will know what they are talking about.
