What do you do when faced with a situation you have no power over? Do you resist, struggle, and let fear permeate your life? Or do you fully accept the limitations life presents and make the best of them?
On March 13, 2020, I decided that I would not let a virus lead me into depression. Instead, I would use the global health crisis as an opportunity for inner growth. I was ready to receive the lessons as they presented themselves and embrace the "isness" of life with neutrality and curiosity. Any difficulty will always be the best teacher if we are open to learning without resistance.
This book is my humble attempt at explaining some introspection work and my actions to maintain my sanity and even thrive spiritually during the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. I hope my journey can benefit others.
