Being physically fit does not mean you have to spend endless, sweaty hours in the gym. There are many daily choices that can be made that can help attain a fitness level that can contribute to longer and more enjoyable life.
Author Biography
Daniel Grell has lived a blessed and full life. Born and raised in the small rice farming community of Richvale in northern California, he received his B.A. at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA and his MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School north of Chicago. He has been privileged to live in Austria, Germany and England and as of the writing of this book travelled to fifty-five different countries. His pursuit of physical fitness has had various faces: walking, running, jumping rope, lifting weights, bike riding, gym membership, homemade gyms, and walking stairs. He believes giving effort to physical fitness contributes to a longer and more enjoyable life.
