My name is Jean, and "Jeanable" became my shorthand to ask if food was vegetarian and free of wheat, soy, and sesame, i.e. if I can eat it. As a long-time vegetarian, it was challenging when I became gluten-free. Many foods (especially baked goods, which I LOVE) were "good for gluten-free" at best. We deserve better than "good for gluten-free," we all want to eat delicious food Gluten-free cooking has taken a lot of trial and error for me, so I wanted to share the results with others. This is a collection of my Winter recipes: hearty soups, spinach dip, and lots of yummy cookies and candy.
