This journal was created because Sophia noticed that anxiety was one of the most prevalent issues that her client's struggled with. She wanted to create a tool that would help people to gain control over their anxiety. It is her hope that this journal will allow people to open up and see their situations more clearly so that they will be able to make the changes necessary to be able to achieve their goals. This journal will enable the reader to get to know themselves better so they can better understand what they are going through. The journey will not be easy, but embarking on it will be worth it; if it brings you closer to finding peace. And as an added bonus, Sophia has carefully curated scripture versus to accompany you throughout the journal as an added tool to assist you on your quest.
